I just paid to file my taxes and im being directed to "Premium services benefits"

which states that it's a service to pay with my refund. Please advise

Did you already pay your TurboTax fees by credit/debit card?

Are you a California filer and originally chose to pay the fees out of your Federal refund?  If so, that requires Premium Services Bundle and a fee of 39.99.   That can be removed prior to filing, and then one can pay upfront with credit/debit card to avoid the service fee.

Did you change the payment method from "paying out of the Fed refund" and then paid upfront with credit/debit card without properly removing Premium Services first?

If you haven't already paid, we can tell you how to properly remove Premium Services and then pay upfront.

I am a california filer. I think I paid the fee twice then because I didn't know how to remove premium services

It shouldn't make you pay the fees twice, but it will add the 39.99 fee for Premium Services.  I'll leave you an answer below with more info.

It sounds like you are a California filer that originally chose to pay the TurboTax fees out of the Federal refund.   In California that invokes Premium Services and a 39.99 fee.  See this FAQ:

I assume you later changed payment methods without properly removing Premium Services first.
