Did you already efile the federal return thru TT ?

no. had someone else file my federal and didn't do my state and now the person will not return my call

Well here is the rub ... to use TT you will have to buy the federal & state programs, complete the entire federal interview before you can even get to the state portion and even they your ONLY choice will be to print, ink sign and mail in the return.   If you cannot get in touch with the person you used then check online to see if your state has their own online version and/or get the forms to fill in manually.
