I invited a friend, but never received the $25 reward/bonus. What can I do to get the bonus? I invited another friend in 2018, still waiting for that bonus too.

Below are the terms for the referral program. Were all the terms met? 

For each qualified new-to-TurboTax Friend Referral (up to 10, max of $250), you get to choose a $25 Gift Card from over 30 companies and your Friend gets a special invitation for up to 20% off their federal return with TurboTax Online (those who select TurboTax Online Deluxe, Premier, and Self-Employed qualify for 20% off their federal return and those who select TurboTax Live Basic, Deluxe, Premier, and Self-Employed products qualify for 10% off their federal return. TurboTax CD/Download products do not qualify for this offer.)

You will receive an email with your Rewards on an e-certificate from the company you selected (up to the max amount for each qualified referral), approximately 45 days after your Friend redeems their special offer.

Your Friend will receive an invitation with instructions via either email, Facebook, or Twitter on how to redeem their special discount offer.

To qualify, your Friend must: (1) Be a new TurboTax customer; and, (2) Access and file with TurboTax using the unique link provided in their invitation.

My friend was a new Turbo TAX customer, and she completed her return with Turbo TAX of course. 

Like my other friend in 2018. And we have used the unique link provided in their invitation.

There are a few other terms in there that must be met. Namely: 1) Did either of those referrals use the Free version? The free version is not covered in the terms above, and 2) for the second referral, have 45 days elapsed since the offer was redeemed?

In 2018 my fiancee completed her return as a Deluxe customer, she had to do so, because she is self-employed.

In 2020 my friend used the online Turbo TAX, and just filed the federal return.

I invited 5 friends this year and I I invited 4 last year, but I still didn’t receive anything
