I installed my solar panels in 2021 before the IRA act was passed. And my business depreciated them using the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act. How to I retroactively use the IRA to get those credits?

Sorry but the new law was not made retroactive to 2021 ... only 2022 and forward is covered.
