I have updated my phone number but they still have my old number under preferences. How do I fix this?

My number is correct everywhere else except for in communication preferences. That is the one place it need to be correct more than anywhere else.

i tried to reverse my underpayment penalties back to non-annualized amount, but after editing, the total sum doesn't change. wondering how can i update penalty number?
