I have turbotax deluxe installed on my Windows 10 computer, have successfully done an e-file, but turbotax says I have not. How do I fix this?

My federal return was accepted by the IRS.

And what are you trying to efile now?  A state return?  You might first need to update your program with the federal efile status.  Go up  to FILE - Electronic Filing - Check Electronic Filing Status.  Then save your return, go to FILE - SAVE.  Then close your return and reopen it and go though the File TAB again to file state.
