No, not a possibility. This code is for delinquent payments for things such as unpaid Child Support, Certain Federal and State Debts, and Unemployment Compensation Debts. The IRS does not withhold debt payment for minor things, but only for a few types of organizations that have filed with the IRS for the payment. It is odd that the 800 number shows no debts, but it's entirely possible the debt filing didn't get made in time for it to be included in that 800# data base. Unfortunately, we cannot tell you anything about it, as this is not information the IRS would share with a tax software company. You may have to wait until you receive your refund to see if there is anything taken out.
