I have some accounts with UBS but don't have my 2016 tax info. yet. I was told it would be available by 2/14/18 but have not received it yet. Can it be found online?

You can certainly try and see if you can download your 2017 (I assume you mean 2017 as you mention 2016 in your question) statement within TurboTax to report your investment UBS activity.
When you are in the "Investment Income" section (under the Wages & Income Tab at the top of the screen of TurboTax), you can select to START "stocks, mutual funds, bonds & other" which will bring you to the section to enter your 1099 B information. When TurboTax asks you if you received a statement, select YES in order to bring you to the page where you can try and see if your download information is available.
