The 1040-V voucher is to be included if you are making a tax payment via check. If you paid electronically, then you may disregard the form.

The 1040-ES forms are to pay estimated tax payments for 2017. The 1st quarter 1040-ES would be due by the due date of your return-4/18/17.

Note: Estimated tax vouchers print automatically if you have a spike in income or didn't not have enough withheld in 2016. You are not obligated to pay them if you don't believe the vouchers reflect your tax situation for 2017.
