I have not found where to enter the overpayment from last years return?

My 2023 Overpayment was not taken into account when you computed my "refund" amount and added a penalty for underpayment.

The 2023 federal tax refund is not entered on the 2024 tax return, unless you applied the 2023 federal tax refund to the 2024 taxes when you filed the 2023 federal tax return.

Hello! I am not able to install last years return to this years return. TurboTax says that it is having difficulty extracting that info. I downloaded 2024 from Amazon.
