A dependent age 17 or older is not eligible for either the first or second stimulus payment.
The person claiming you as a dependent will be eligible for the third stimulus payment for you.
As long as you are a US Citizen and your income was under $75,000 in 2020, and you are not a dependent of someone else for 2020 (your grandmother?) you qualify. If your grandmother claims you as a dependent, if her income is under $75,000, she will get a $1400 on your behalf as well as her own stimulus payment.
If you filed a tax return in 2019 or 2020, the stimulus check will go to the address on the return or into the bank account you designated when you filed.

If you do not normally file a return, you can file for free through the IRS website, even if you have/had no income and owed/owe nothing. You may have to file to receive the stimulus payment.

You are not eligible for stimulus if you qualify to be claimed as a dependent by your grandmother. She can claim you if she provided more than 50% of your support (housing, utilities, food, clothes, etc.) for the year. Note that it does not matter whether she actually claims you or not, only if she could under the IRS rules.
