I have been waiting for my tax return to come to credit karma and the pending payment is no longer on there

I signed up for the credit karma for the early payment but I'm still waiting and the depending payment is no longer showing on my credit karma account

We're you able to get an answer on this? Mine has done the same. Credit Karma support is the worst, they act like they have no idea what I am talking about.
