I was claimed by my parents because they pay my college, I live with them and I don't pay rent, they pay my bills, but I worked part time hours and need to do my taxes and it wont let me file

You can still file.

Only you file as a dependent since your parents claim you.

During the interview process when entering your Personal Info be sure to elect

"Someone else can claim me" and

"And this person will claim me".

This means you do not get to claim your exemption, but you can still file.

You may be required to file, but even if you're not required to, you might want to file to get part if not all the tax that was withheld on your W-2.
