TurboTax Advantage downloads for tax year 2019 will start releasing on November 5 and the CDs will be shipped between November 14 and 22. Check your order status here.
If you ordered TurboTax on a CD, you can also get the downloadable version after it releases in early November. To access, sign in to your TurboTax Advantage account and select Downloads.
Why are we billed for something we do not receive until later? Also, I would like to be taken off auto-renewal as it is lower priced in the store.

Sign onto your TurboTax download account using the same User ID and password used to purchase the software - https://shopping.turbotax.intuit.com/unified/downloads?route=myaccounts

Americal Division, wow! Thanks for that. It linked to a text which gave me a phone number to call and my support ID. I hope they can give me the code to download my software.
My credit card was billed in November (74.19) but have not received the CD

Since you are an Advantage member your 2019 software is available as a download on your Advantage account after you sign onto your account - https://accounts-tax.intuit.com/turbotaxadvantage
