"Glitching" is not a detailed enough description of the problem for anyone to be able to help you. We can't see your screen. What exactly happens when you enter your 1095-A information. Does it happen while you are entering the information, or after you click Continue on the 1095-A entry screen? If it happens while you are entering information, which item are you having the problem with? If you get an error message, what is the complete exact message?
@Leapmiriam the 1095-B is not entered or filed. Tuck it away with your tax papers and file. Mark that you did NOT have Marketplace insurance. Then you can e-file.
