Turbotax asks the question "Do any of these apply? (These are uncommon) Tax-exempt organization, Foreign provider, None of the above. and asks you to select an option. I chose Tax Exempt but no option appeared to enter the EIN. Tax Act asks the same questions but still asks for the EIN to be entered.

When you enter information for child and dependent care in Form 2441:
IRS instructions state "If the care provider is an individual, enter his or her social security number (SSN). Otherwise, enter the provider's employer identification number (EIN). If the provider is a tax-exempt organization, enter “Tax-Exempt” in column (c)."
In TurboTax, if the care provider is a tax-exempt organization, you need only report the name and address of the organization on your return.
