I have a traditional IRA and received less than $10 in dividends last year. Do I need to report this on my taxes? If so, where/how? I did not receive a 1099-DIV.

Gains and losses within an IRA are not reportable - only distributions from the IRA are and you receive a 1099-R form to report those.
