I have a problem with my W-4 form , i accidently uploaded the wrong W-4 form , is there anyway i can upload the correct one

Yes, The W-4 form is used to tell your employer what income taxes you want taken out.

You can revise this form any time during the year.

I suggest that you contact your employer, or HR and tell them that a new W-4 is on the way.
