I have a prepaid Intuit deluxe Fed & State program that never asked for the number license code, now what do i do? They want me to pay again.

You purchased software to install on personal computer.  You are using the TurboTax online editions which is not what you purchased.

Go to this TurboTax website and sign onto your download account - https://accounts.intuit.com/app/account-manager/productsBilling/turbotax?account-scheme=ind

You should see the 2024 links to the license code and the product to download and install on a personal computer.
