I have a license code for my product, but it says it's for Mac Download, and I have a PC. Can I use the download?

Also, when I enter the 16 digit code that I got in the email from Turbo Tax, the system says it's having problems assessing my information...totally confused here.

No you need to call in and get the Windows download.
