I have a different phone number how do I change it

I cannot import 2020 TT data. The TT pdf file opens fine but will not import. This is a big deal to me days instead of hours!

 I was able to change the phone number in my profile but I cannot change the number when you 1st sign in to get the code to receive updates that's the number I need to  Change

Only you can update your TurboTax account information.

If you need to update your contact info, follow these steps:

1. Go here and sign in to your account
2. Select Sign in & security
3. Select Phone, then select Change next to the phone number you want to update
4. Enter the new phone number and enter your password
5. Select Save
6. You can then verify your new number with either a text message or voice call
