I have a 12a and 12b filled filled on my w2 but I'm only showing box 12 on my tax form

Look again ... the boxes on the W-2 are marked 12a, 12b,12c, 12d .... and in the program you will use box 12 and enter the code and amount from the W2 ....

Again on my w2 I have Fields Field in for 12a and 12b only one box 12 is on the program which one do I choose

Did you look at the screen shots above ... look at the second one ... the box 12a-12d had many drop down add more features ... there should be no issue to enter as many box 12 codes as needed. On your W-2 in box 12 a & 12b there should be CODES in big letters and a correlating amount ... do you not have those ?

I started return last week and I left box 12a and 12b blank. I need to fill in 12a and 12b. I only see option 12
