Right now I cannot get into any information for loading 1099-int information. Once I try to get to a form, any form it just keeps spinning.

Try logging out and logging back in. And see the instruction below for clearing your cache and deleting cookies. These can cause issues when using TurboTax Online sometimes. Another option is to use a different browser as your problem may be specific to the browser you are using. The website is not reporting any access problems currently.
