I have a 1095 B form but its asking what plan was I enrolled in and none of the options apply to me

Since you have a Form 1095-B, none of the less common plans will apply to you.  Click on No and Continue.  This will conclude the Health Insurance section.

A Form 1095-B is not entered on a tax return.
