I have 1099-MISC income that I am able to enter under Other Income, but it does not allow me to enter the state income tax withheld. Does anyone know how to enter this?

The misc income is from a pension payment from my late spouse, so it is reported on a 1099-misc

You will see an option when you enter your Form 1099-MISC, below box 3, where you can indicate that "My form has other info in boxes 1 - 18", click on that box and you will see where you can enter the state tax withheld:
