I had my daughter on new year's eve. When it comes to the question did I support her for more than half the year?. Do I say yes or No?

Are you saying that your daughter was born on New Year's Eve? If so, congratulations!
For purposes of newborns, you answer as if you had your daughter all year, so you would answer "yes" in this case, if you supported her the entire time (all one day) that you had her.

When it says how many months did she live with me in 2018 ? Do I say 0 since she was born one day before the new year. Thank you

when it asks, say all year, if that's on option; otherwise 12 months.
