I had additional federal tax withheld it shows up on my check stub ,but not on my W-2 .How do I get credit for the additional amount paid?

I had 50 extra dollars withheld from my check every pay check…So that I would owe at the end of the year. I do not see where that is  on my W-2. I would like to have that deducted so I don’t owe. My main reason for having this done.

Any extra withholding you had taken out will be included in W2 box 2 with your regular withholding.  It is not broken out.  If you are not sure then ask your employer.

I also get extra withholdings from my check so I get a bigger refund at the end of the year because I'm terrible at saving money. 

All your withholdings including your extra $50 will all be reflected on ur W2 in Box 2. They don't make a separate box for additional withholdings unfortunately
