I had a very positive experience with support but didn't receive a survey.

Hi, the agent I spoke with on the phone, LaTonya, did an excellent job. I wanted to leave her a positive survey review as they're having an incentive night in her group. I'm supposed to mention Shannon's name =). Our phone call was about a bug in the system, and not only did LaTonya help me find a workaround, she informed me of a couple grand in business expenses I missed! Could I get a survey please and thanks? 😃

@Anonymous I spoke with 2 different tax specialists in the past few weeks, the latest today. Was told each time that I'd receive a survey, but have not received one for either call. My support ID number is the same: [social security number removed]. Please send so I can provide feedback for each person.

The survey may have been sent to the e-mail address associated with your account, which may be one you used in the past, or a separate one from the one you normally use. So you can try looking in a different e-mail if you have one.

 

Also, the survey may appear when you log into your TurboTax program.

Yes, of course I checked all email accounts and spam/junk folders. Nothing. And nothing appeared in the program either. Don't know why it would as it's on my desktop.  If TT is interested in our opinion, then they'll fix this survey issue.  It's clear from the community that others are not getting surveys either.  If you have evidence of them being sent, then please post the link to the surveys here.

I had the same experience—very positive—but did not receive a survey. So, I'd like to give a big shout out to Dolline and Latoya C for your help!!! You both did a great job of putting me at ease and helping me out. Today, when I was trying to figure out how to make this known, I did receive a survey and was able to give positive feedback for the person who helped me know how I could say something.
