You do not add a federal refund to your federal tax return.  A federal refund is not taxable income.

You do not add a federal refund to your federal tax return.  A federal refund is not taxable income.

I had a refund from IRS for 2014 how do I add that to my income

IRS refunds are not taxable, however, any interest income earned that was included in the refund is taxable as interest income.
