In general, workmens' compensation is not taxable so you would not enter the income anywhere.  The only exceptions would occur if you are specifically asked to enter any nontaxable income, which sometimes occurs for particular itemized deductions or sometimes for a state credit.  If needed, that income will be clearly requested.  Even then, it will only be used for that one situation and will still not appear as general taxable income on your returns.
