No not from that. It's saying your dependent's ssn was already accepted on another return. Could they have filed their own return? Or on the other parents return? Or maybe someone accidentally filed their return wrong and entered your dependent's ssn by mistake.
You will probably have to mail your return this year and let the IRS figure it out.
How to mail a return from the Online version
Be sure to attach copies of your W2s and any 1099s that have withholding on them. You have to mail federal and state in separate envelopes because they go to different places. Get a tracking number from the post office when you mail them for proof of filing.

AND DON'T FORGET TO SIGN IT IN INK!
Depends turbo tax has a glitch that caused a rejection but they are incompetent at resolving the issue. 2.5 hous on phone and she escalated the problem. Then whoever it was escalated to says there was no problem because they were not smart enough to dig in and resolve. Spent $100 on it and 2.5 hours on phone. No solution just stupidity. After 30 years intuit/turbo tax lost me as a customer. They are mostly clueless. I think the support staff is out to lunch.
I would check transcripts from irs. Gov, and verify the AGI the IRS has for you. It could have changed for some reason.
did you use IRS free file?
Well first off you want to know what AGI that the IRS is working with so you can correctly answer it in so the obvious answer would be to go to the IRS website. Create an account with my id.me and enter in what's requested to access your info with the IRS
They have all the information that's been provided by your employer(s).
I simply looked up the year and the transcripts. I screenshot the info, you can also download the information. I still have some back taxes to round up and do, IRS website already had all the info I needed .
Don't work harder, just smarter. Give them what they want and get the AGI directly from them
