If you were divorced on December 31, 2022, then you cannot file married filing jointly or married filing separately. If you have dependents and paid more than half the cost to run your home then you might qualify for Head of Household. Otherwise, you will have to file as single.

Neither one. If you were divorced by the end of 2022 you cannot file as married at all. You are either Single or maybe Head of Household if you are the custodial parent of the children.
Do not try to use an old account that was used for joint returns or you will get lots of errors. Start a fresh new account with a new user ID.
