how do i fix this? it is a processing error and i already paid $200 so what is going on?

If you have not done so before you tried to re-file- go back to the Energy Efficient section and just go through the questions, then try to resubmit.  If this does not, please reply to this thread.

I tried previously filed, got the rejection prior to March 6th, went back in today (3/11/26) to re-enter the energy data and received the error message below. Is this still a TT issue or did I do something incorrectly?

Not all instances have been resolved for form 5695. If you are claiming a credit for an external door, you will need to wait until March 13 and try filing again.
