How do I go to file to provide info for action required ?

TurboTax usually sends an email that explains if your return was accepted or rejected. You can also sign in to your TurboTax online account. The system also provides a status that shows you if your return is in progress or not. It is usually below the orange Take me to my return button? If so, most likely you have not filed yet.

If this is the case, you can go through your return's File section (in the left-hand menu) and keep following the on-screen instructions until you've selected the Transmit my returns now or Transmit Returns Now button. That button must be clicked in order for your return to be sent to the IRS or your state.

After your return has been e-filed, your e-file status should be the first thing you see when you login.

After you've filed, you can logon the IRS website Where's My Refund to check the status of your refund.

You can also check the status of your return using a mobile device by downloading the IRS2Go app.
