I got a copy of turbo tax from Amazon and filed my taxes but when I sign on here it is not listed. Is that a different product from the one on line?

Yes, these are different products.

The TurboTax desktop (CD/download) products sold through third-party vendors or directly from our website are installed on your computer. Your tax data file is stored on your computer. Even when you file, TurboTax does not retain a copy of your tax return data on our servers.

TurboTax online products are accessed through your internet browser. You establish a password-protected account and complete your tax return online. Your tax data file is safely stored on our servers. There will be no copy of your tax return on your computer unless you take deliberate steps to download your tax data file and/or download a PDF copy of your competed tax return.

The two product lines do not interact. Completing a tax return in a desktop product does not create an online account in which you can view or change your return.
