The software does not like zeros when you enter information from a 1095A. If there are any zeros on the 1095A, leave those spots blank when you key in the information.
I also have zeros for column A and B and $300 for C.
When i blank out the zeros turbo tax says you have to have greater than 0 for B and A just shows red.
Unsure what to do?
If you're using TurboTax Online, close the program, clear your Cache and Cookies and return to your 1095-A entry. TurboTax should accept a blank for Col A and B, with an amount in Col C.
