I get to the last page to file the extension and there is a lock icon on the transmit now button. I paid for the TT software. What is the lock about?

I am having the same "issue".  I called TurboTax Support... found out they are closed for the night & won't open until tomorrow 7/16/2020.

It is now too late to file a  extension.  Just file your return as soon as possible.
