How long does a paper check take

The bank will reject the refund and send it back to the IRS. Then the IRS will issue a paper check and mail it to the address you put on your tax return. For mailed returns, allow 5-6 weeks from the postmark date.

I received a CP23 for an amount due of $30K. However, we paid this back in April. How do I react? Can TurboTax sort this out for me? Thanks - R
