On a 2019 tax return there is no question for whether or not you have health insurance. The requirement to have health insurance or pay a penalty if you did not was removed from the tax code after tax year 2018,
However, if you did receive health insurance through one of the state Marketplace Exchanges and received a Form 1095-A, then that form was required to be entered on the tax return.
