I filed my taxes with Michigan and near the end it said I needed to mail in a form, but I wasn't able to figure out what forms and to whom.

You can access this page again by following the instructions below.

To get a copy of your State tax return along with the Filing Instructions page:
 

1. Log into your TurboTax account
2. Scroll to the bottom of page,
3. Click "Add a State" (note: this is just to get you to the right menu)
4. Click "Tax Tools" 
5. Click the Print Center
6. Click "Print, save or preview this year's return"
7. Select your state return
8. Select "Include government and TurboTax worksheets"
9. Select "View or print forms"

The "Filing Instructions Page" will be the very first page.  What you need to mail should be listed under "What you need to mail".

Click here for access to Michigan Department of Treasury website.  Under Filing Options, it lists mailing instructions if needed.
