I filed my taxes last night& did not receive the 50% off offer if filed before march 7. You charged my card 134.72. But it didn't take half off. How can I get the refund?

Sorry. you did not get the 50% discount on TurboTax.  I am including the contact information customer service.  They will be able to get the 50% discount for you.

To contact TurboTax customer service/support use their contact website during business hours.  

Submit your question/problem during business hours and then use the option for Call (a phone number will be provided for Call) to speak directly with a TurboTax agent -
