I Filed my tax returns for 2018 with an expired ITIN (my wife). didn't know ITIN expired at time of filing. Now IRS sent me a CP11A form and i need to pay,How to handle?

Ok ... well the IRS changed your return to disallow the spouse.

Step1 ... renew ITIN

Step 2 ... open return and make the same changes the IRS made and when you have the return exactly the same as the IRS has it ...(to unlock the archived return scroll down and click on ADD A STATE)
