I filed my 2020 return last October using turbotax and it was rejected. How can i find out why it was rejected?

I keep trying to find the rejection code, but no matter what i select, or do, i get sned mack tto the copy of my 2020 return. I made a payment when I filed and it cleared the bank but IRS transcript says that i have not filed 2020.
