Am I still married or am I Divorced?

If you are not legally divorced by the end of 2025, then your filing options are to file as married filing jointly or married filing separately. Or...if you have lived apart from your spouse for at least the last six months of 2025 and are the custodial parent of the children, you may be able to file as Head of Household. You cannot file as Single if your divorce is not final.
