I filed for divorce beginning of this year, my separation date is Nov. 2024 but she has not responded/signed anything yet, what should I put in for marital status?

We originally said we would file jointly for 2024 but now lawyers are involved and jointly sounds too difficult

Since you were married on December 31, 2024, you have to file married jointly or married separately. If you happen to qualify for Head of Household you could file that way.
