I filed for 2019 taxes as "can be claimed as a dependent" and "will not be claimed by someone else". I do meet reqs. for non-dependent. How would i get a stimulus check?

The reason I filed as such was due to TurboTax asking for health insurance 1095-A form, when I am still under my parents' insurance.

Even if nobody claims you, if you can be considered a dependent, you do not qualify for the stimulus.

Taxpayers likely won't qualify for an Economic Impact Payment if any of the following apply:

• Your adjusted gross income is greater than
  • $99,000 if your filing status was single or married filing separately
  • $136,500 for head of household
  • $198,000 if your filing status was married filing jointly
• You can be claimed as a dependent on someone else’s return. For example, this would include a child, student or older dependent who can be claimed on a parent’s return.
• You do not have a valid Social Security number.
• You are a nonresident alien.
• You filed Form 1040-NR or Form 1040NR-EZ, Form 1040-PR or Form 1040-SS for 2019.

@ColeenD3 Am I able to amend this and receive the money at a later time? Nobody claimed me, and I meet requirements to file non-dependent. The reason I filed this way is because TurboTax was requiring me to enter a 1095-A form for health insurance (I use my parents' insurance) and when I filed this way it no longer asked me.
