I entered the Control Number in Box D correctly. I continue to get a red triangle and a prompt saying 'Make sure this info exactly matches what's in box D, incldg spaces'

It's prompting me to correct something that doesn't need to be corrected...I have entered the Control Number correctly.

The control number in box d is not required by the IRS - it is used by your employer. As a result, if it causing you trouble, just delete it. If it is not causing you trouble, then leave it in - it won't matter.

During Credit Card Payment am Getting 2 things Credit Card failed and also your access has been restored reload State. How do I know I paid ?
