i dont receive any verification codes when i try confirming my email

I suggest you confirm your Email account you have listed with TurboTax.

You can correct both your Email and Phone number. 

On the left sidebar.

1. Scroll down and select Intuit Account
2. Six boxes will appear
3. Click Sign in & security
4. Your account information, including Phone number and Email are available to be updated.

If the email address is no longer active and you are unable to log in, you can complete the Account Recovery Request Submission Form.
