If you did not pay someone to take care of your child so you could work then you do not need Form 2441 and should remove the form. You just have clicked something by mistake.

I'm not sure what you mean when you say "i don't even have a provider." Did you pay for care of a child or other dependent?
If you did not pay for care of a child or dependent then you should not have Form 2441.
If you did pay for care of a child or dependent, then whoever you paid for the care is the provider. In order to claim the child and dependent care credit you have to enter the name and tax ID number of whoever provided the care that you paid for.
