How can I find out if an electronic confirmation was sent after Turbo Tax submitted my 2020 Federal tax

You can check the status of your return on the IRS website - it will show you if it's received your return. You will need the refund you are due to receive figure as it will ask you for your social, filing status, and expected refund amount when you get onto the site. Here is the link to follow for this:
